Director of Product

The role

We are hiring one person to own the product: the engine that makes the films, and the loop that gets them shared.

What you'd own

• The loop. A traveler shares a film. A viewer books because of it. The person who shared gets paid. Everything that makes that happen more often is yours.
• The memory engine. What it makes from a day of uploads, what it keeps, what it drops, and what someone sees first.

Required experience

• Has owned a consumer product end to end, from the decision to the ship.
• You understand the three people on this platform: the operator who runs the trip, the traveler who was there, and the viewer who was not.
• A working understanding of how a luxury trip actually gets bought, and who in a household decides it.

Preferred qualifications

• Ideal candidate takes initiative, plans ahead, is comfortable owning a large project, works quickly, is self-directed, and brings their own vision they can execute on.
• Experience instrumenting and growing a share or referral loop.
