1. Commission Structure
LINX operates on a transparent 10% commission model applied to completed bookings. This commission is split as follows:
- 6% to the referring member who recommended the experience
- 3% to LINX for platform operations and development
- 1% in platform credits to the traveler who booked
Commission is earned only on completed, confirmed bookings. No commission is charged on cancellations or refunded bookings.
2. Operator Obligations
By joining LINX as an operator, you agree to provide accurate experience descriptions, pricing, and availability. You are responsible for fulfilling all bookings made through the platform to the standard described in your experience listing.
3. Referrer Standards
Referrers on LINX must make genuine recommendations based on personal experience or trusted knowledge. Artificial, misleading, or spam referrals violate these terms and may result in account suspension.
4. Privacy and Data
LINX collects only the data necessary to facilitate referrals, bookings, commission payments, and memory delivery. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Mobile numbers, when provided, are used solely for verification and are never shared for marketing purposes. Full details, including data retention and your rights, are in our Privacy Policy.
5. Communications
By providing your email address on a memory upload page and tapping “Continue,” you consent to receive a verification email containing a one-time code and a tap-to-verify magic link. Typically one email per verification request, up to three retries within an hour. If SMS becomes available in the future, the same terms apply and message and data rates may apply — reply STOP to opt out of SMS. Verification tokens expire in 15 minutes. 6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to bookings, commissions, or referrals will first be addressed through LINX support. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
